The Paperwork

Wrap day takes minutes, not your evening.

Log your jobs and days once. Roll Credits fills your timesheet onto the production company's own PDF, builds your petty cash report with province-correct GST/HST, and produces an invoice you'd be proud to send: named, numbered, and ready for accounting.

Over 20 Canadian productions and payroll houses are already mapped: upload their blank once, and every field lands where it belongs.

Featuring
Receipt Scanning

Snap it. It's filed.

Photograph any receipt and the scanner reads the store, the amount, and the tax, then groups and categorizes it and adds it to the job. No typing in a parking lot.

Timesheets

Their form. Your Friday back.

Upload your production's blank PDF once. For 20+ Canadian companies we already know where every field goes. Name, rate, days, and hours land in the right boxes, instantly.

Petty Cash

Every receipt, accounted for.

One tap builds the report your coordinator actually wants: itemized, tax-correct for your province, with the receipt package attached.

Invoices

Canadian tax rates, without the guesswork.

GST/HST worked out from your province and tax settings, with QST and PST options when you're registered. Line items built from your logged days, in a dark, light, or branded design.

Privacy

Your most sensitive info, encrypted.

Your SIN, birth date, and banking are encrypted on your device with your password before they ever sync. Stored in Canada. No ads, ever.

Questions
Which timesheets are supported?

Over 20 Canadian productions and payroll houses are already mapped, so their blank PDF fills automatically. The list keeps growing as crew add their own.

What if my production's form isn't supported yet?

Upload the blank PDF once and set where your details go. Roll Credits remembers that layout, so every future job on that form fills instantly, and you can share your mapping to help other crew on the same show.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Roll Credits installs to your home screen like an app and works offline, so you can log days and scan receipts on set with no signal. It runs on desktop too, and syncs between them.

Can Roll Credits read my banking information?

No. Your SIN, date of birth, and banking are encrypted on your device with your password before they ever sync. They're locked so that not even we can read them.

Where is my information stored?

On Canadian servers in Montreal. Some processing (receipt scanning, payments, and serverless functions) passes through US services in transit, but your data is not stored outside Canada.

Can I export or delete everything?

Anytime, from Settings. Export a full backup whenever you like, and deleting your account permanently erases everything from our servers, including receipt photos.

What does it cost?

Roll Credits is free to use: track jobs and days, fill timesheets, calendar, and syncing between phone and laptop. Crew Pro is $39 a year (or $4.99 a month) and adds unlimited receipt scanning, invoices and reports without Roll Credits branding, and write-off tracking.

How are Québec and Saskatchewan taxes handled?

Invoices charge GST/HST for your province. Quebec adds QST when you turn on the "registered for QST" setting, and Saskatchewan PST applies only to specific supplies. Roll Credits calculates from your province and tax settings. It's a tool to organize your paperwork, not a substitute for accounting advice.

Can incorporated crew use it?

Yes. Roll Credits works whether you invoice as an individual or through a corporation, with fields for your HST number and corporate details.
