Used to auto-fill timesheetsAll fields are optional. Your data is securely stored in your account and used to auto-fill your timesheets. Fill in only what you're comfortable with.
This is what gets written onto your timesheets and invoices, so you never fill it in twice. Name, address and phone cover most production forms.
π Your SIN and banking details are encrypted on your device with a key only your password can unlock, and stored as unreadable ciphertext everywhere, including the cloud and backups. If you ever reset your password, you'll re-enter these once.
These fields are needed to auto-fill Cast & Crew, Merchant, and other timesheets that require SIN or banking info.

Roll Credits is a production paperwork and finance app built for Canadian film and television crew: dailies, freelancers, and incorporated contractors alike.
Log your jobs and days once, and Roll Credits handles the paperwork that follows: timesheets auto-filled onto your production company's own forms, invoices generated from your logged days with province-correct GST/HST, expense tracking with receipt capture and AI-powered scanning, and petty cash reports ready to hand to accounting.
It was built on set, for set, by a working Toronto set dresser who got tired of filling out the same forms after every wrap.
Your Data
π¨π¦ Stored in Canada. Your account data lives in a Canadian data centre (MontrΓ©al) and never leaves the country.
π Sensitive fields (SIN, date of birth, and banking details) are encrypted on your device before they're synced. Only you can decrypt them.

Roll Credits is free now
Tracking your jobs, days, timesheets and calendar costs nothing, with no time limit and no card. Crew Pro adds unlimited receipt scanning, invoices without our name on them, and write-off tracking.

Forgot to hit Start Day?
Type your start time in by hand and the button now offers End Day, so you can stamp wrap with one tap instead of typing that too. Receipts you pick from your photo library get read automatically now, same as ones you snap.

Easier to read, easier to send
Your calendar names the day type next to each job, so you can tell a scout from a shoot at a glance. Petty cash reports print on white instead of eating a page of toner, and sharing a report to your coordinator actually works.

Your phone and laptop keep up with each other
Log a day on set and it turns up on your laptop on its own, usually within a minute or two. The Sync button is still there when you want it right away, and nothing syncs over top of you while a form is open.

Invoices that work for incorporated crew
Wire transfers now carry the full banking block, including the name and address on the account. Your corporation name prints in the From box, and the company you are billing gets its whole address, not just the street.

The money on your Day Log, job totals, charts, and exports all line up now, with prep days, car and cell allowances, overtime, and meal penalties counted the same way on every screen.

Money you were paid back for no longer drags down your take-home, and your tax set-aside reads the same everywhere, including 0% if that's your situation.

Cleaner exports and smoother edges
Open a CSV in Excel and the dollar columns just add up. Accented names come through clean, there's a notes column and a totals row, plus smaller touch-ups to timers, list order, and syncing.
